Gimme Shelter (a.k.a. we need to build a bunker)

Here we go again......the printing presses will now officially run 24/7 as Big Ben continues to print and spend....today we got the eye popping number of ANOTHER 1 Trillion Big Ones!! I know it gets redundant, but my god, are you fucking kidding me?????

At what point will we stop printing money? At what point will SOMEONE stand up and say...hey...this might not be the best thing to do in the long run....

Apparently that point is not now. And that scares the shit out of me.

I spoke to my friend today, a pretty smart economist. I asked a simple question, "where is this money coming from?" His reply, "thin air." I sat back in my chair and a flood of comments from friends, associates and clients came back to me.

• Build a bunker
• Buy more than one gun
• Prepare for sustaining yourself for periods of time
• Prepare for anarchy
• Buy gold--and lots of it.

I think it is time to do all of the above. Moreover, the commentary from the Fed today sounded much worse than I would have expected. To be frank, I do not believe they or this administration has a fucking clue as to what to do, let alone how to implement it.

Specifics of what worries me and supports the above thesis that they are clueless? The Fed said today that it would keep its benchmark rate, the federal funds rate, at virtually zero for “an extended period.” This is despite Big Ben and Co. having said for some time that they were considering the possibility of buying longer-term Treasury bonds. Moreover, BB and Co. have downplayed that idea in the past month as they focused on more targeted intervention in the credit markets.

Fast forward a few years and tell me what my $1.00 is going to be worth. Even those fucking retards in D.C. will openly admit it will be less. Will it be .50? Add that in with a huge tax spike and boy doesn't that sound like a good ol' time over the next say 5-10 years??????

Time will tell, but EVERYWHERE I go now people are talking about the same things to do before the shit really hits the fan..

That continues to keep me up at night and scare the shit out of me.
