You Know Times Are Tough When....

The Mexicans are coming across our border to SHOP!!! What the fuck is going on here?? I had thought you needed like a googol(that IS the correct spelling) of peso's to buy a Big Mac but apparently I was quite mistaken.

These salsa swigging shoppers are crossing the border--and get this--AT LEGAL CHECKPOINTS to get to towns like Tuscon where they can shop till they drop and party like
rock stars as they laugh at the number of recessions, devalued currency and overall financial malaise of the Mexican economy.

The irony here is...well, there actually is a shitload of irony here:

1. We are building a fence to keep Mexicans out, but we want "these" Mexicans to come and spend their hard earned peso's at our low end department stores.

2. The same people who wanted Mexicans to wear identity bands on their outerwear now are driving them from mall to mall so they can make enough money to survive.

3. Retailers like JCP have found a new LOW END in terms of shopper. (Or are parts of the country now more low end than high end Mexico?)

Lastly, I just wanted to point out that there is no better holiday gift than letting your friends know to go to http://www.theangrytrader.blogspot.com/ every day!! We are the gift that keeps on giving!!

What the fuck people? What the FUCK?

Maybe it is a sad look at me and my life and my friends, but fuck it seems that every week I hear of another couple I am friends with that are splitting up. Over the weekend, me and my wife's respective best friends' called to tell us they are splitting up. Man.

So I am in need of new couple friends. NO, I am not looking for swingers--just some decent and cool people to hang out with. Maybe share a nice bottle of wine or some nice kindy kind bud? Nothing more, nothing less....


Look--and you know who you are out there...my other half would say I have no right to comment on why people split, nor comment on why people feel the way they do. That being said, and I am talking to YOU out there....you fucked up bigtime. Your going to die alone. Sorry but I have seen this story over and over again. You are the NOT nice one out of the group. Even your girl friends are not talking to you!!!

Remember, the grass is always greener.....especially in Jamaica.
